A conference on writer and philosopher Nikos Kazantzakis titled "Nikos
Kazantzakis: Translator and Translated" is organized at the French
Institute of Athens from
March 13 to 15.

Discussions will focus on Kazantzakis' translations from Ancient
Greek, his translations of Henri Bergson, Friedrich Nietzsche, Charles
Darwin, Goethe's "Faust," Dante's "Divine Comedy" and Nicolo
Machiavelli's "The Prince." The final day of the conference will deal
with Kazantzakis translated.
